To handle this interest, Aspiring Minds, HDFC’s long associated assessment partner, was entrusted with the task of operationalizing a single-day exercise to conduct assessments for all applicants across 2 cities.

How it all unfolded...

HDFC Bank aimed at hiring over 250 candidates in a single day! In just one day, they wanted to process the applicants, assess over 1500 candidates, match them to the best-suited open positions and make the job offer. The assessments, all digital in nature, could not be conducted on the bank’s computer network due to stringent security concerns. For Aspiring Minds, this meant delivering our adaptive, machine-learning driven assessments over LAN connected appliances, both automatically and manually proctored with immediate result generation. It needed to be a seamless hiring experience despite time and resource constraints.
