Test Description

Basic Analytical Ability – a test of basic cognitive ability measures the candidate’s ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyse information to draw meaningful conclusions. A cognitive test that checks whether the candidate can quickly identify cause and effect relationship to solve complex problems. The test evaluates the basic cognitive aptitude of the candidate by testing basic numerical ability, attention to detail, data interpretation, verbal reasoning, and spatial reasoning skills. The cognitive test for employment identifies candidate with strong analytical skills. Such candidates are capable of quickly analysing a problem, identifying a solution and work well with a team to accomplish goals.
